Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
FrazEnergy’s Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System is designed to ensure that all company operations are conducted without significant risk, by continuously identifying and controlling hazards that may arise through any aspect of the company’s operations. Impact also recognizes HSE training as a crucial element of the HSE Management System. It allocates the necessary resources to achieve this training whilst adhering to all national regulations and international guidelines.
It is the policy of FrazEnergy to conduct its operations safely, to ensure the good health of its personnel, to secure the environment, and to be sensitive to the needs and concerns of the communities around its area of operation. FrazEnergy will manage its operations in such a way as to achieve the following:

- Preserve the health, safety, and security of the employees and members of the public who may be affected by its operations.
- Minimize the impact of its operation on the environment.
- Maintain sensitivity to the needs and concerns of the host communities around its operational areas.
- Recognize HSE management as a line responsibility.
- Maintain relationships with the host communities.
- Believe that every job can be done safely.
- Recognize that no activity shall be carried out unless considered safe.
- Complete projects earlier than the client’s estimated schedule with all HSE considerations in place.
The company’s employees must plan and perform their work per this policy. Any activity that is, in the employee’s opinion that cannot be carried out per the policy must be suspended and reported immediately to the relevant supervisor. Line management is responsible for the implementation of this policy.
